How do I connect Apple Watch / Apple Health?

Open the menu → Health & Wearables → tap Apple Health → grant permissions when prompted. You can also connect via Log Recovery → toggle Apple Watch on.

Why isn't my Apple Health data syncing?

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FitOS → ensure all categories are enabled. Then force-quit and reopen FitOS.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at chosenaesthetic@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we'll delete all your data within 7 days.

How accurate is the AI food photo analysis?

Our AI provides estimates with low/medium/high confidence ratings. You can always edit the values manually before saving.

Can I cancel notifications?

Yes. Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → FitOS, or go to Menu → Notifications inside the app to customize them.

Is FitOS free?

Yes, FitOS is currently free to use with monthly limits on AI-powered features. Pro tier with unlimited AI is coming soon.
